Prospective students can enrol at Mountain Creek State High School under the following categories:

Local Catchment - student's principal place of residence is within the defined local catchment area. Current proof of residency will be required. View the

Out of Catchment Request - for students outside our local catchment area, you can apply for consideration for enrolment through Selective Entry - Program of Excellence (the Executive Principal is responsible for all decisions on selective entry enrolments, and their decision will be final) (add link to Programs).
A non-refundable processing fee of $50 applies for all new out-of-catchment applications and is payable at the time the enrolment application is submitted. If applying for multiple programs, the fee is payable only once.

Our office will then email you with information about the required next steps which include;
- Complete the
Enrolment Application form
OR the
Out of Catchment Application form (link will be provided upon submission of your enquiry).
- Prepare Supporting Documents.
- Submit your application along with supporting documents in person at the school office
- Attend an enrolment interview (this will be arranged by our office upon review and successful completion of the application process).
Please note:all documents must be provided before the enrolment process can be completed for your student and enrolments are only finalised following an enrolment interview.
Enrolment Interviews
Enrolment interviews are held on Thursdays, with students generally commencing school on the Monday following the interview. The interview is conducted by a member of the school's administration team and is attended by the student and their parent/carer. This interview is a vital part of the enrolment process, providing an opportunity to share important information about school processes, expectations, and to ensure a smooth transition into our school community.
